When you purchase any item from Luxe™ shipping will always be free of charge! We do not believe in charging you our fantastic customers with any extra hidden costs!   

PROCESSING TIME

Our processing time including order verification, assembling, quality check, and packaging will be between 1-3 Business Days before shipping.

Once shipped your order can not be cancelled.

SHIPPING TIME

Once processed our estimated shipping times are:

UK & Europe 7-14 Business Days

U.S 8-16 Business Days

Rest of the World 8-20 Business Days

Luxe™ are not responsible for any additional fees required due to import or customs taxes and charges.

If your tracking number can't be found at the moment please wait patiently. 

The tracking information will be displayed within 3-5 days after the shipping company has sent out the package. If it's not available in the carrier's system yet, you may check back later.

Due to the ongoing Covid pandemic and the shortage of HGV lorry drivers across Europe and the U.S there will be at times some unfortunate and unexpected delays that occur beyond our control. This is why some orders may experience additional delays.
