Shipping Of Your Order

Once you place you order there is a 1-3 Business Day processing/order fulfilment period before your order is shipped. Once shipped you will receive email confirmation along with tracking details, so you will then be able to track your item.

My Shipping Tracking Number Is Not Working

Please do not worry, contact us! It is normal practice for shipping of items to move from one courier to another as it passes through different regions or countries. As this happens new 'Tracking Numbers' are given to the item.

If the tracking number you was given stops working and you are worried or concerned then please contact us and we will provide you with an update. 

Where Are My Items Coming From

We have exclusive deals in place with manufacturers in the United Kingdom, United States, Europe and Asia. 

Will I Receive My Items In One Package

Due to logistical reasons, sometimes items will be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions then please do not hesitate to contact us!
